Three Little Birds, the first bricks and mortar restaurant for chefs Chris Jordan & Alejandro Diaz. The concept combines their passion for fresh seasonal produce and draws inspiration from the diverse cultures of today’s society. Using modern cooking techniques Chris & Alé add an element of surprise and theater to the table.

 

After cutting his teeth at Startisans in Covent Garden, Stage 3 in Hackney, Lost & Found Cocktail Bar in Balham and finally A Taste pop ups, Chris set up Three Little Birds to provide customers a “relaxed vibe and chilled atmosphere while serving great food & drink ” and pays homage to his family and late father from across the pond.

 

Alejandro loves to add the extra wow factor and uses his twenty year kitchen knowledge and experience as Head Chef at Bubble Food, London to keep diners guessing and entertained. Chris & Alé source their ingredients from nearby farmers’ markets, trusted suppliers and small business.

 

Guests can enjoy the duos creations for lunch Monday to Friday and dinner Wednesday to Saturday as well as the new cocktail list designed by Tailshakers.
