A Taste's philosophy is keep it local, use fresh, British produce and to use local suppliers from farmer's markets to deliver different themed events with a quirky set menu.


Chris trained at Flying Fish Restaurant in Sydney from 17 under Executive Chef Peter Kuravita. After qualifying as a chef he continued his career at equally awarded restaurants Light Brigade Hotel & 4fourteen all awarded "Chef Hats" by the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide. After running events in London for corporate catering company Vacherin since 2011 he decided start his own venture using only locally sourced seasonal ingredients to produce witty and imaginative dishes.
