Michelin Standard Sunday Brunch!

Following the successful launch of my pop-up supper club, tasting room, I’m delighted to announce London’s first-ever pop-up Michelin level Sunday brunch. With everything from rock oysters with Pimm’s jelly to gin-cured salmon, it’s a fantastic way to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon with friends both old and new.

The pop-up brunch marks the start of a brand new chef joining tasting room, Samantha Harvey, who I first worked with at Flying Fish in Sydney under Executive Chef Peter Kuravita.

After completing her apprenticeship at The Park Hyatt Hotel, Sydney, Samantha worked for two years at the Michelin-starred Castle Hotel in Somerset. Under the guidance of Richard Guest, she gained an amazing insight into the country lifestyle and the important role that farmers and food suppliers have in the restaurant industry.

As before, the pop-up will be taking place at Startisans on Shelton Street in Covent Garden. Instead of the formality you’d normally expect with fine dining, our aim is to take you on a fun adventure through modern British gastronomy. Expect a buzzing atmosphere, shared tables and friendly staff – all for just £30 per head with BYOB and no corkage fee.
